Out back there’s a fire pit, a pickleball court with a ping pong table, a playground, and the private pond with a sandy beach and a dock. The pond is about 5 feet deep and not for swimming, so please keep an eye on children by the water. We provide one full propane tank for the grill; refills are $20 a tank.
