The hot tub fits up to 4 people. It takes 10–15 hours to heat (about 2°F an hour) and reaches 104°F when it’s above 50°F outside, so plan ahead. The indoor sauna fits 2.
In season, the community’s outdoor pool, beaches and lakes are open to guests with passes from the community office (up to 10 adult passes, from $20 per person a day). Let us know ahead of time if you’d like them.
Complimentary toiletries, linens and towels, central air and heat, and free Wi-Fi. You have the whole house except two small storage rooms and the backyard shed. Bears live in the area, so please don’t leave food outside. Minimum age to book is 25. Township registration #007512.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in the Poconos! The house was clean, comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and we really enjoyed spending time here with our family. Everything was exactly as described, and the home was very well maintained. We truly felt comfortable and at home during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!
This is a great place for a family vacation if you like a quiet, peaceful getaway away from the city. Edward was incredibly nice, accommodating, and quick to respond. The place was also spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed!
My girlfriend and I stayed at Edward’s place over a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. The place was super clean and the instructions for using the amenities very simple, clear, and easy to understand. The backyard, pool, and hot tub were in great condition and well taken care off. Edward was great in communicating and available if we needed anything. We loved our stay and would definitely book Edward’s place again in the future. 5 Stars all around!
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to other families. We were three families traveling together, and the layout gave everyone plenty of privacy while still providing great spaces to spend time together. There were plenty of activities and amenities to enjoy at the house, making it easy for both adults and kids to have a great time. The host was extremely welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again!
Wonderful location! Quick drive to Camelback! Plenty of space for 10 people. The place was clean and we felt right at home. The hot tub and the game room were a huge hit! Everything was wonderful and we would absolutely return again! The host was very helpful and a great communicator!
Beautiful home, everything was as described. They had everything we needed, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups, you name it. We loved all the space for our big family & our dog. And every morning we had deer come right up to us. It was beautiful….i would love to come back.

Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-out usually isn’t possible because our cleaners need the time to get the house ready, but message us before your stay and we’ll talk it through. Checking out after 11 AM without arranging it with us incurs a $100 fee.
