The house was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely clean and their were lots of activities to do around the house. The beds and linens were clean and we felt very welcomed. Edward was an excellent host and was very responsive when we had any questions. He provided us with recommendations for nearby entertainment and was very clear and precise with check in and check out instructions.

Spacious! This home is larger than the photos. Bedrooms are large and the living area is humongous. The pond was beautiful for nights by the fire and s’mores. Edward was quickly responsive and agreeable. The place was neat and clean and the house rules were basic and reasonable. We felt comfortable and safe and had a wonderful time. We would come back possibly sooner than i imagine.

This was a great place and absolutely perfect for a big family to celebrate the New Year. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and the setup worked really well for group stays. The location was excellent(Close to Camelback/Kalahari). It was convenient yet very private, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. Eddie was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to other families.

We had an amazing stay here! Eddie was so responsive, friendly, and even shipped us additional supplies overnight when we ran out of a few things! The sauna and hot tub were the cherries on top and made our trip even better! Would highly recommend for any big groups, you won’t regret it! Five stars all around.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this place. The house is perfect for a large group — the living room and kitchen are huge, open, and ideal for hanging out together. There’s plenty of space and lots of fun amenities and things to do right at the home, which made the stay even better. What really stood out, though, was the host. He was incredibly accommodating and extremely responsive. Anytime we had a question or a small issue, he went above and beyond to get it handled immediately. Truly a great person and host. I would gladly stay at any of their properties again.

As a family of 16 + my little dog we enjoyed our 5 day stay. Kids had a wonderful time. The place has a very open concept which with kids is very nice because you have your eyes on them at all times. Another plus is that it’s all one floor again very welcoming. Very relaxed atmosphere very spacious house. Outside was just as comfortable. If you are looking to book for a big family this is the home for you. I would highly recommend. We look forward to booking again.
