A private 20 × 40 ft in-ground pool with a basketball hoop, surrounded by a 30 × 60 ft patio with loungers. It isn’t heated and is open from Memorial Day weekend, weather permitting, until September.
Outdoor kitchen
A covered pavilion by the pool with an outdoor kitchen, a bar with stools, a TV and a dining table. The propane grill comes with a full tank.
Tennis court
A regulation 60 × 120 ft tennis court, fully renovated, that also works for pickleball and basketball. Rackets and balls are provided.
Pond, stream & playground
A private pond and a flowing stream run through the grounds, with a small sand beach by the water. There’s also a playground, a fire pit and plenty of lawn for games.
Hot tub & sauna
An outdoor hot tub for up to 4 people and an indoor sauna for 6 to 8.
Great room
Double-height ceilings with exposed wood beams, a built-in bar and oversized leather seating for 10 to 15 people.
Kitchen & dining
A chef’s kitchen with a 60-inch, 10-burner range, double prep areas and a quartz island that seats 6 to 8. The dining room has one long table for the whole group.
Movie theater
A dedicated theater with a 120-inch screen and leather seating for movie nights and big games, plus an air hockey table.

Our stay for our family reunion was tremendous and we can’t wait to return! The house had everything we needed and had no shortage of things to do for our large party with young children. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, aesthetic, and so much fun to be in. The area is so beautiful and very close (5-10 min drive) to beautiful hikes. We even had docile deer in the front yard often for the kids to admire. From the pool, to the sauna, to the hot tub, tennis courts, and the fire pit for s’mores and lightning bugs in the evening, to the play structure and movie room, we had the best time. Thanks, Edward!

Edward’s house was great for our neighborhood reunion. We had about 15 adults and 5 kids and there was room enough for everyone. The real highlight for us was the backyard with a beautiful pool, hot tub, tennis/basketball/pickleball court, grill, fire pit, and a scenic creek. We even saw families of deer grazing in the woods beyond the creek. It was lovely!

Fantastic place for a large family or multiple family’s to spend time together! So much to do! There are so many things to do that there is no reason to leave! The pool and sport court are amazing and so much fun! Loved the Sauna and pool table and air hockey and ping pong table etc.. They provide all the rackets and balls. The pool has a basket ball hoop for added fun! The huge kitchen table for eating and playing games together was perfect! We were able to bring our fur babies and that is a must for us!! This home is so roomy and the beds were comfortable and we had such a great time! I highly recommend this home and wood stay here again!!! The only downside was our stay was too short!

We spent the weekend here to celebrate my partner’s 30th and it was the perfect place to do so! The location is super nice - you’re only 5 minutes away from the local town and the house is beautiful! Each bedroom is filled with so much natural light and there are a good amount of bathrooms available. We especially loved the kitchen and the movie theater room. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there were many places to relax and lounge.

We had a great stay at Edward’s place. The location was perfect, just minutes from Shawnee Mountain, which made our ski days incredibly easy. The house had plenty of space for our whole family to spread out and be comfortable, with room to relax and gather together. Our stay was memorable. The home has a unique charm with beautiful craftsmanship, high ceilings, and a thoughtful blend of historic character and modern updates. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, inviting, and well cared for. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with supportive beds and high-quality linens. The layout gave our group both privacy and shared space. The amenities were a highlight — the sauna and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, the movie room became a favorite hangout, and the double-range kitchen made cooking for a large group easy. The outdoor space was peaceful, with a pond, stream, grill, and plenty of seating. The private tennis court was a great bonus and kept everyone entertained. The location was ideal: one minute from Shawnee Mountain and about ten minutes from Bushkill Falls and the Delaware Water Gap.

How many cars can we park?
There’s free parking on the property for up to 8 cars.
Can we check out late?
Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-out usually isn’t possible because our cleaners need the time to get the house ready, but message us before your stay and we’ll talk it through. Checking out after 11 AM without arranging it with us incurs a $200 fee.
Can we bring pets?
Yes, the house is pet friendly. Please tell us before you book. There’s a $50 fee per pet, charged separately after booking.
When is the pool open?
From Memorial Day weekend, weather permitting, until September. It isn’t heated.
How long does the hot tub take to heat up?
10–15 hours, about 2°F an hour, so turn it up well before you want to use it. When you’re not using it, leave it set to 104°F. It fits up to 4 people.
How close is Shawnee Mountain?
About a minute’s drive, for skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing. The Delaware Water Gap and Bushkill Falls are about 10 minutes away.
Is there propane for the grill?
Yes, we provide one full propane tank. A refill is $20.
