We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The cheerful decor throughout the home really makes you feel happy and welcome. The host was extremely responsive and attentive. When we couldn’t find the balls for the foosball table, a new box of balls was at our door within minutes! That level of care and hospitality was truly appreciated. We stayed the weekend of August 21, and unfortunately, the weather wasn’t warm enough to enjoy the outdoor pool. However, we had a great time relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying all the games in the basement. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend this beautiful home to others!

We had an amazing stay here! This place had all the accommodations plus things to do while we had rainy days. The pool is a plus which we enjoyed the first night. Dinner and movie nights inside and then a little game of pool. Edward was super helpful and responsive.

Edward was an excellent host and provided me with all the necessary details needed to make my families stay stress free. He answered my questions quickly and made me feel at ease. The house was clean , spacious , and lots to do especially with kids and we didn’t have to leave the house for entertainment. The supermarket was 7 minutes away which was a plus for us !! What you see in the photos is exactly what you’ll see in the house. The basement had an amazing setup for entertainment ! We will definitely rebook and I highly recommend Edward’s place !!!!

I stayed with 7 other people here for 5 days and every day we had something to do and it was always a peaceful, relaxing, clean, and overall amazing place to come back to. It had many activities to do even at the house we were never bored. And it was in a great location as well and most attractions were drivable with no issues or worries. Edward was also very great with communicating with us and always keeping us in the loop and was very quick to answer any of our questions. I would highly recommend staying here or any other place Edward has to offer.

This was one of the most unique Airbnb stays we’ve had. The house feels like a true vacation destination instead of a typical rental. The colorful and creative design made the entire place feel fun, energetic, and welcoming. Our kids were entertained the whole trip with the climbing wall, mini golf, and all the activity spaces around the house. Meanwhile, the adults enjoyed relaxing by the pool and spending quality time together without needing to leave the property much at all. The home was spacious, clean, and clearly designed for groups and families to make memories together. Every area of the house had its own personality and vibe. We left with so many great photos and memories from this trip. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and different Pocono getaway!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Long Pond and truly couldn’t have asked for a better getaway for our family. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing — if anything, even better in person. The space was perfect for traveling with kids and made our family feel right at home. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, play, and spend quality time together. The location was also excellent — close enough to local attractions and outdoor activities while still feeling private and serene. The host was fantastic throughout the entire experience. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable. There’s outdoor parking on the property for up to 4 cars.
Can we check out late?
Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-out usually isn’t possible because our cleaners need the time to get the house ready, but message us before your stay and we’ll talk it through. Checking out after 11 AM without arranging it with us incurs a $200 fee.
Can we bring pets?
Yes, the house is pet friendly. Please tell us before you book. There’s a $50 fee per pet, charged separately after booking.
When is the pool open?
From May to mid-September; the dates vary each year. It isn’t heated.
How long does the hot tub take to heat up?
10–15 hours, about 2°F an hour, so turn it up well before you want to use it. It’s indoors in the spa and movie room, fits up to 4 people, and reaches its full 104°F when it’s warmer than 50°F outside.
Can we use the community lakes and pool?
Yes, in season, with passes from the community office 7 minutes away (open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 8 AM–4 PM): $20 a person for a day, $30 for 3 days or $50 for 7 days, free for children under 2, up to 14 adults. Please tell us in advance if you plan to buy them.
Is there a minimum age to book?
Yes, the guest making the booking must be at least 25.
Is there propane for the grill?
Yes, we provide one full propane tank. A refill is $20.
